Tianwei Video: Directors, General Manager, and Deputy General Manager Resign Due to Work Adjustments

Tianwei Vision announced that on August 14, the board received written resignation reports from director and general manager Zhao Weigang and deputy general manager Wang Ding. Due to work adjustments, Zhao Weigang resigned from his positions as director, member of the board strategy committee, and general manager; Wang Ding resigned from his position as deputy general manager and relevant positions in several holding subsidiaries. Their resignation reports will take effect from the date they are delivered to the board, and they will not hold any positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Chairman Ji Tong will act as general manager, and the company will complete the relevant by-election work as soon as possible. Neither of the two held any shares or had any unfulfilled commitments.
