China Power (02380.HK) subsidiary enters into four new battery cell procurement contracts with Guoning Technology.

Zhuhua Finance APP news, China Power (02380.HK) announced that on August 14, 2026, Xinyuan Zhichu (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into four new cell procurement contracts with Guoning Technology. According to these contracts, Xinyuan Zhichu agrees to purchase, and Guoning Technology agrees to sell energy storage cells for the BESS project.
