Macau Statistics and Census Bureau: The average rent for residential units in Macau decreased by 0.1% quarter-on-quarter in the second quarter.

According to the information from the Macao Statistics and Census Service, the average rent per square meter of usable area for residential units in Macao decreased by 0.1% to 140 patacas in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the first quarter; the average rent for commercial units was 460 patacas, falling by 1.5% quarterly; the declines for office units (272 patacas) and industrial units (116 patacas) were 0.6% and 0.3%, respectively.
