Alibaba sells Lingxi Interactive Entertainment to CITIC Capital for over $1.5 billion.

According to reports, the buyer of Lingxi Entertainment, a subsidiary of Alibaba, has been confirmed to be Xincheng Capital, which is under CITIC Capital, with the sale price expected to exceed 1.5 billion.
