Hongchuan Wisdom: Hongchuan Warehousing plans to acquire an 8.47% partnership share in New Wisdom Relay Partnership.

Hongchuan Intelligence announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongguan Hongchuan Chemical Storage Co., Ltd., has signed a "Property Share Transfer Agreement" with Wuxi Baisheng, intending to acquire an 8.47% limited partnership interest in the New Wisdom Relay Partnership, corresponding to a subscribed and paid-in capital contribution of 10 million yuan, with a transaction price of 11.1836 million yuan. On the same day, Hongchuan Storage signed a "Partnership Agreement" with professional investment institutions and others. Upon completion of the transaction, Hongchuan Storage will become one of the limited partners in the New Wisdom Relay Partnership, holding an 8.47% partnership interest. This transaction is subject to industrial and commercial change registration and related filing procedures.
