Zhejiang Dongri announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from its legal representative, vice chairman, and general manager Yang Chengyu. Due to work adjustments, he has requested to resign from his relevant positions, originally scheduled to last until July 28, 2028. After the resignation takes effect, Yang Chengyu will continue to serve as the company's senior advisor. His resignation will not affect the normal operations of the board of directors, and the company will promptly complete the re-election of directors and the appointment of a new general manager.
