The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved Crown New Materials IPO registration on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board.

According to Zhisheng Financial APP, on August 14, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued the "Approval for the Initial Public Offering Registration of Crown New Materials Technology Co., Ltd." It is reported that Crown New Materials plans to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's main board, with China International Capital Corporation as its sponsor, aiming to raise 918.68 million yuan.
