Bank of Communications promotes the landing of the first corporate free trade offshore bond business in the entire market.

Recently, as one of the lead underwriters, Bank of Communications Group assisted Shanghai Electric in issuing the first corporate free trade offshore bonds in the whole market, totaling 1.5 billion yuan. This is also the first time that free trade offshore bonds have been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This issuance marks an important advancement in offshore financial innovation in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone and is a landmark achievement in the field of free trade offshore bonds following the release of the "Offshore Financial Action Plan for the Development of Shanghai International Financial Center" at the 2026 Lujiazui Forum.
