Protecting Beautiful China: The Ecological and Environmental Code will be implemented starting August 15.

August 15 marks the fourth National Ecological Day. Following the Civil Code, the second law in China named as a "code"the Ecological and Environmental Code of the People's Republic of Chinawill be implemented starting from the 15th. This signifies a new milestone in the construction of ecological and environmental rule of law in our country, further strengthening the legal foundation for achieving the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature in modernization.
