DeepSeek Harness Developer Preview Released: Open Source, Everything is a Plugin

On the morning of August 14, news broke that the developer preview of DeepSeek Harness is now open for testing to Harness developers worldwide, and the source code has been released under the MIT license. As an early preview version, DeepSeek Harness adopts a "plugins for everything" design approach, constructing the Agent Harness through a plugin-based open architecture: all Agent capabilitiesincluding models, tools, skills, sessions, sandboxes, storage, loops, scheduling, and UIare composed of plugins that can be freely replaced and flexibly restructured.
