Recently, the tungsten mining industry has entered a seasonal off-peak period. Chinese Securities Journal reporters have learned from several listed companies that currently, the price of tungsten concentrate with a grade of over 55% is approximately 410,000 yuan per ton. Although the price has significantly fallen from its peak earlier this year, it is still at a relatively high historical level. "The tungsten industry experiences both off-peak and peak seasons each year, and we are currently in a seasonal off-peak period. However, the order volume remains at a normal level, mainly driven by essential demand," staff from the securities departments of several tungsten industry listed companies told reporters.
