Tianhe Magnetic Materials: Some fundraising projects have been completed, with a surplus of 145 million used for new projects and liquidity support.

Tianhe Magnetic Materials announced that by July 31, 2026, the "High-Performance Neodymium Iron Boron Industrialization Project" and the "Intelligent Transformation Project of High-Performance Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Material Production Line" will be completed and reach the designated usable state. A total of 145 million yuan in unspent funds from these two projects will be allocated, with 120 million yuan proposed for investment in the new project "12,000 Tons Magnetic Material Deep Processing and Magnetic Material Component Project," and 24.7964 million yuan for permanent replenishment of working capital. The new project plans to invest 250 million yuan, with an estimated construction period of 36 months.
