August 13: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" has increased by 0.47 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on August 13th, the "Wholesale Price Index for Agricultural Products" was 114.90, an increase of 0.47 points from yesterday. The wholesale price index for "basket products" was 115.30, an increase of 0.55 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the national average wholesale price of pork was 15.80 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.3% from yesterday; beef was 67.33 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.1% from yesterday; mutton was 65.07 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; eggs were 10.11 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.1% from yesterday; and broilers were 17.41 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.9% from yesterday. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables was 4.52 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.4% from yesterday; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits was 6.79 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.7% from yesterday. The price of crucian carp was 20.31 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; carp was 14.45 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; white catfish was 10.32 yuan/kg, a decrease of 1.7% from yesterday; and large hairtail was 41.55 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.0% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 key monitored varieties of fresh agricultural products in the domestic wholesale market, the top five price increases compared to yesterday were scallions, bell peppers, large yellow croaker, spinach, and lettuce, with increases of 2.3%, 1.9%, 1.7%, 1.6%, and 1.6%, respectively; the top five price decreases were pineapple, giant peak grapes, Ya pears, white catfish, and flower catfish, with decreases of 4.4%, 2.6%, 1.9%, 1.7%, and 1.6%, respectively.
