According to the China Trade Relief Information Network, on August 12, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it had made a final determination in part 337 regarding certain smart wearable devices, systems, and components: it will not review the preliminary ruling made by the administrative law judge on July 9 and 10, 2026, and will terminate the investigation into Reebok, RILUK IPCO, The Original Fit Factory, Truconnect, Zepp Health, Anhui Huami Information Technology Co., Ltd., Zepp, and Zepp North America based on the settlement between the parties.
