Zhitong Finance APP reported that Zhongzhou Securities (01375.HK) announced that on August 12, 2026, the Board of Directors approved Zhongding Kaiyuan to participate in the establishment of a partnership. Zhongding Kaiyuan (as the general partner, executive partner, and fund manager), Zhongyuan Jinxiang (as the general partner and executive partner), Jinxiang Relay Fund (as a limited partner), and Luoyang Cultural Tourism Digital Fund (as a limited partner) plan to jointly establish a partnership. The total amount of capital contributions that the partners intend to subscribe is RMB 104 million, among which Zhongding Kaiyuan intends to subscribe RMB 20 million, accounting for approximately 19.23% of the partnership's total subscribed capital. The partnership is intended to make a directed investment in a subsidiary of a Luoyang Cultural Tourism Group. It is expected that after the partnership is established, it will not become a subsidiary of the company.
