According to information obtained from the Ministry of Water Resources, due to rainfall, at 12:24 today, the water level at the Zhoukou hydrological station on the Shaying River, a tributary of the mid-Huai River, rose to the warning water level. In accordance with the regulations for numbering floods in major rivers, this flood is designated as "Shaying River No. 1 Flood of 2026."
