Tianwei Video: The holding subsidiary plans to sign a cooperation letter of intent with the controlling shareholder not exceeding 18.07 million yuan.

Tianwei Video announced that on August 11, 2026, its controlling subsidiary Tianqing Digital plans to sign a "Cooperation Intent Letter for Special Activity Construction Services" with its controlling shareholder Shenzhen Broadcasting Group to undertake the spatial design and construction project of Shenzhen Broadcasting Group. The total amount of the project during the cooperation period will not exceed 18.07 million yuan. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and an independent directors' special meeting. It does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting, nor does it constitute a major asset restructure. From the beginning of 2026 until the disclosure date, the cumulative related party transaction amount between the company and Shenzhen Broadcasting Group is 33.3437 million yuan.
