The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) government will continue to leverage Hong Kong's advantages under 'one country, two systems' to actively support the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area, assist enterprises from Mainland cities and other provinces to 'go out,' while also attracting international high-end talent and investment to inject momentum into development," said Hong Kong SAR Chief Executive John Lee on the 11th. The public consultation for Hong Kong's first five-year plan will end on August 14, with specific content expected to be announced next month. Lee stated that Hong Kong is proactively aligning with national development strategies, outlining a vision and goals for the next five years from a macro and forward-looking perspective, seizing the huge opportunities brought by the national 14th Five-Year Plan, and promoting Hong Kong to better integrate and serve the overall national development.
