The General Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province has issued a notice on "Several Measures to Promote the Collaborative Development of Industry, Academia, and Research in Brain-Computer Interface Technology." It mentions the optimization of product application pathways. A list of medical applications for brain-computer interface products will be formulated and dynamically updated based on the approval and market launch status of the products. Brain-computer interface companies are encouraged to set reasonable prices autonomously and to open a "green channel" for medical consumables to complete the processing within 10 working days after application. Medical institutions are encouraged to equip and use brain-computer interface products listed in the medical application list according to clinical needs, following the principle of "sufficient provision." Temporary procurement green channels may also be established. Pilot projects will be launched to demonstrate and promote the application of innovative medical devices for brain-computer interfaces, pushing for key products and typical scenarios to apply for the national promotion and application projects for high-end medical equipment.
