ST Coconut Island announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Hengxin Company engaged in oil trade cooperation with Tianfu Company. Due to non-delivery, it was sued, and the court ruled that Hengxin Company must refund approximately 9 million yuan. On August 11, 2026, the company's board of directors agreed for Hengxin Company to sign a "Settlement Agreement" with Tianfu Company to offset the 9 million yuan debt with alcoholic products. This debt restructuring is expected to generate a profit of around 6 million yuan, subject to audit confirmation. There may still be performance risks in the subsequent execution.
