Hongdou Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Hongdou Group Co., Ltd., and its concerted parties have reduced their shareholding from 64.30% to 57.85% due to reasons such as judicial auction, passive reduction, and adjustment of the scope of concerted actions, resulting in a change in equity that crosses a 5% integer multiple. Among them, 81.5 million shares held by Hongdou Group were subjected to judicial auction, with a transaction price of 230 million yuan, and the transfer registration was completed on August 7, 2026.
