HNA Holding (600221.SH) subsidiary plans to transfer 80% equity of HNA Resource Environment.

Zhituo Finance APP reports that HNA Holding (600221.SH) announced that in order to focus on its core business and optimize the company's asset structure and resource allocation, its holding subsidiary Hainan Airlines Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. plans to transfer 80% of its shares in Chongqing HNA Aviation Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. (referred to as "HNA Resource Recycling") to Chongqing Fangda Aviation International Headquarters Co., Ltd. The transaction amount is 44.0022 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, HNA Resource Recycling will no longer be a consolidated subsidiary of the company.
