The Zhejiang Provincial Water Resources Department has adjusted the emergency response for water and drought disaster prevention to Level II.
According to the Zhejiang Provincial Water Resources Department, the center of Typhoon "White Dolphin" has moved out of Zhejiang Province. At 17:00 today, the Central Meteorological Observatory ceased numbering it, and the Provincial Flood Control Headquarters has adjusted the emergency response level for typhoon prevention to Level III. In accordance with the "Emergency Work Plan for Water and Drought Disaster Prevention" by the Zhejiang Provincial Water Resources Department, the department has decided to adjust the emergency response level for water and drought disaster prevention to Level II at 19:00 today. Currently, some rivers, lakes, and reservoirs are still operating at high water levels. Relevant local water resources departments must remain highly vigilant, closely monitor water conditions, scientifically manage water resources projects, enhance safety management, and ensure effective follow-up disaster prevention work for water and drought.
