On August 11, China Merchant Bank launched the AI companion based on its partner ecosystem portal. This follows the introduction of Xiao Zhao, aimed at serving customers, and Xiao Zhu, designed to assist employees, marking another step in empowering partners with AI intelligence. Xiao Zhao, Xiao Zhu, and Xiao Ban work together to create a retail intelligent application matrix that covers C-end, B-end, and internal operations. It is reported that AI Xiao Ban is open to all wealth partners, including funds, wealth management, and insurance. Focusing on core scenarios of daily operations, it deeply integrates intelligent services throughout the entire business process, providing partners with comprehensive intelligent empowerment, while also offering a platform to support value co-creation and complementary advantages for both parties.
