NVIDIA (NVDA.O) announced on the 10th local time that it has established strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, and KKR to create an independent computing financing platform that will mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital for building artificial intelligence infrastructure in the long term. NVIDIA stated that the new financing platform will transform NVIDIA's computing and full-stack AI infrastructure into an investable asset class for global capital, broaden access to AI factories, generate long-term revenue tied to usage, and support NVIDIA's ecosystem growth in hardware sales and software applications.
