According to a report from Zhitong Finance APP, Shango New Energy (01250) announced that the board of directors of Shango New Energy and the board of directors of Shango Holdings each declared that on August 10, 2026 (after trading hours), Heze Shango Clean Energy (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shango New Energy and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Shango Holdings, acting as the principal) entered into an EPC contract with China Energy Construction Group Anhui Electric Power Construction Second Engineering Co., Ltd. (CEEC Anhui Electric Power Construction, acting as the contractor). According to the EPC contract, Heze Shango Clean Energy agrees to appoint CEEC Anhui Electric Power Construction to provide EPC services for the project, with a total contract price of 1.234 billion yuan (including all taxes) (subject to adjustment with changes in national tax policies).
