A government record shows that Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh has sold all of his financial holdings that he previously pledged to divest. Warsh signed an ethics compliance certification document from the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, dated last Thursday. The document was made public on the agency's website on Saturday. Warsh, who officially took office in May, had previously submitted proof of asset divestiture to the office, indicating that he had sold off most of the holdings he committed to dispose of. The latest disclosure shows that he has sold the remaining interests covered by the agreement.
