The Board of Directors of Wireless Group Limited (also known as "Wireless Group," TVB) announced on August 10 that it plans to establish a joint venture with KKR to provide computing power services. The ordinary voting shares of the joint venture are proposed to be held by Wireless Group and KKR at 51% and 49%, respectively. The project will be implemented in phases over the next few years, with funding sources including KKR's equity investment of up to HKD 2 billion in the joint venture, project bank financing, and internal resources of the group.
