The 16th China International Digital Publishing Expo will kick off on August 27.

On August 10, the organizing committee of the 16th China International Digital Publishing Expo announced that this year's expo will be held from August 27 to 29 in Jinan, Shandong, under the theme Digital Innovation for the Future, Intelligent New Journey. It is expected that over 500 exhibitors will participate, with groups from 20 provinces and regions across the country, as well as overseas exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions. The expo will feature seven major themed exhibition areas, including a new zone for Traditional Chinese Culture and Online Games, aimed at showcasing and exchanging ideas on how excellent traditional culture can empower the refined development of online games. There will be one main forum, six specialized forums, and over 80 supporting activities, where attendees will discuss topics such as digital publishing, human-machine collaboration, interdisciplinary construction, and global academic communication, exploring practical and actionable paths and experiences. The China Academy of Press and Publication will collaborate with related institutions to release multiple reports and announce the phased achievements of industry standards concerning artificial intelligence applications. This expo is jointly hosted by the China Academy of Press and Publication and the China Publishing Association. The China International Digital Publishing Expo is a national and international event held to promote the development of the digital publishing industry, first held in 2005.
