The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the China Meteorological Administration continue to issue risk warnings for farmland flooding.
According to information from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, influenced by the residual circulation of this year's No. 13 typhoon "Bai Dolphin" and a northern rain system, from the night of the 10th to the 15th, there will be heavy to torrential rain in northern and eastern Zhejiang, most of Shanghai, most of Jiangsu, northern and central Anhui, northern Hubei, parts of western Henan, central and southern Hebei, and southeastern Shanxi, with a high risk of flooding in low-lying farmland. Some areas in western and northern central Henan may experience extremely heavy rain, posing a very high risk of flooding in farmland. It is advised that the aforementioned regions promptly clear ditches and channels, prepare drainage equipment and materials, drain excess water in a timely manner after the rain, apply pesticides and fertilizers as needed, and promote the recovery of crop growth.
