Lixun Precision announced that on August 10, 2026, the company will issue and allocate 12,541,900 H shares based on the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, with an issue price of HKD 63.28 per share, representing 3.27% of the existing issued shares before the issuance. After the issuance, the total number of issued shares of the company will increase from 383 million shares to 396 million shares.
