As of the announcement date, the company has fulfilled its related payment obligations, and the contract dispute has been resolved, resulting in the unfreezing of 2.521 million yuan in Zhuoyue Intelligent Manufacturing's basic account. Currently, the frozen funds in the company and its subsidiary's basic accounts amount to 23.0228 million yuan, accounting for 5.98% of the most recent audited monetary funds and 11.08% of net assets, and it does not affect cash flow or daily operations.
