Binhai Investment (02886.HK) subsidiary Qiyuan Intelligent Control invests in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects.

Zhiyuan Finance APP reported that Binhai Investment (02886.HK) announced that its non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Qiyuan Zhikong, has entered into agreements with the collective economic organization of Bai Biao Village, Xinshi Town, Deqing County, and Deqing Xinhui Construction Development Co., Ltd. (collectively referred to as "the contracting parties"), whereby Qiyuan Zhikong will invest in and construct a distributed photovoltaic power generation project (the photovoltaic project) with an expected total capacity of 3.51 million watts (subject to actual installation).
