Zhitong Finance APP News, Ganli Pharmaceuticals (603087.SH) announced that the company recently reached an exclusive licensing agreement with Menarini, granting Menarini the rights for market registration and commercialization of the independently developed Bofanglurutide for overweight or obesity indications within the authorized region. The company has licensed the exclusive rights for the development and commercialization of Bofanglurutide in 39 European countries and regions, including all 27 member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and the Balkans, to Menarini for a fee.
