China Galaxy: Executive Director Qu Yanping resigns due to retirement upon reaching retirement age.

On August 10, China Galaxy announced that the board of directors received a written resignation letter from the company's executive director, Qu Yanping, on the same day. Qu Yanping resigned from her positions as an executive director of the fifth board of directors and as a member of the Compliance and Risk Management Committee due to retirement at the age limit. Her resignation will take effect from the date the resignation letter is delivered to the board of directors.
