*ST Liyuan announced that it recently received legal documents from the court, which rejected the lawsuit request from the plaintiff, Beixin Ruifeng Fund Management Co., Ltd. Previously, the plaintiff had changed the claim amount from 63.5281 million yuan to 209 million yuan. In addition, there are several new litigation and arbitration matters related to installment sale contracts, with amounts ranging from 32,800 yuan to 13.8639 million yuan. As of August 7, 2026, the company and its holding subsidiaries have had 32 bank accounts frozen in total, with a cumulative applied freezing amount of 92.548 million yuan and an actual frozen amount of 5.9068 million yuan.
