Zhaoshang Securities: Non-executive director Li Delin resigns due to work changes.

On August 10, Zhangshan Securities announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter submitted by non-executive director Li Delin on the same day. Due to changes in work circumstances, Li Delin applied to resign from his position as a non-executive director of the company's eighth board of directors, as well as his roles as a member of the board's Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee, the convener and member of the board's Risk Management Committee, and a member of the board's Remuneration and Assessment Committee. Li Delin's resignation will take effect upon delivery of his resignation letter to the company's board of directors.
