According to the latest data from the Hong Kong "Merrill Lynch Property Price Index," it currently stands at 148.92 points, reflecting a slight weekly decline of 0.09%, while property prices remain in a small oscillation pattern. However, the index has increased by 0.14% compared to four weeks ago, and it has risen by 10.55% year-to-date.
