On August 10, the "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" rose by 0.26 points compared to last Friday.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as of August 10, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price Index" stands at 114.18, an increase of 0.26 points from last Friday. The wholesale price index for "basket" products is at 114.45, up 0.31 points from last Friday. As of 14:00 today, the average wholesale price of pork in national agricultural markets is 15.70 yuan/kg, down 0.6% from last Friday; beef is at 67.13 yuan/kg, down 0.5%; mutton is at 64.69 yuan/kg, up 0.5%; eggs are at 9.95 yuan/kg, up 0.6%; and white feathered chicken is at 17.07 yuan/kg, down 1.3%. The average price of 28 key monitored vegetables is 4.46 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from last Friday; the average price of 6 key monitored fruits is 6.87 yuan/kg, down 0.9%. The price of crucian carp is 20.25 yuan/kg, up 1.4% from last Friday; carp is at 14.26 yuan/kg, down 0.6%; white catfish is at 10.42 yuan/kg, down 0.8%; and large ribbonfish is at 42.18 yuan/kg, up 1.5%. Today, among 46 types of fresh agricultural products monitored in wholesale markets, the top five increases in price compared to last Friday are lettuce, cucumber, watermelon, cabbage, and spinach, with increases of 5.0%, 2.7%, 2.5%, 2.0%, and 1.8% respectively. The top five decreases in price are leeks, pineapples, celery, white radishes, and green onions, with decreases of 2.5%, 2.4%, 2.0%, 1.8%, and 1.7% respectively.
