Kazakhstan is considering using the BTC oil pipeline, the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline, and trans-Caspian transport through Azerbaijan as supplementary oil export routes to mitigate the impact of disruptions to the operations of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
