ProLogis Shanghai expands its multi-park development for semiconductor chip industry clients.

On August 10, according to Prologis, Shanghai is currently deepening the implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence +" initiative, accelerating the construction of a high ground for artificial intelligence and a world-class industrial cluster. Recently, Prologis has successfully expanded its semiconductor chip industry clients in several parks in Shanghais Pudong New District, Fengxian District, and Lingang New Area, with service areas covering chip design, semiconductor equipment, and related industrial supply chain operations. Specifically, Prologis's South Hongqiao Logistics Park in Shanghai welcomed Sirepo, a leading domestic analog chip design company; Prologis's Fengcheng Logistics Park reached a new leasing cooperation with semiconductor industry supply chain service provider Hongming Supply Chain; Prologis's Heqing Logistics Park introduced a leading domestic semiconductor equipment company; and Prologis's Lingang Science and Technology Prism Industrial Park welcomed the entry of leading semiconductor equipment company Shengmei Semiconductor.
