Recently, Hengzhi Technology Co., Ltd. was established, according to the Qichacha APP. Its business scope includes foundational resources and technology platforms for artificial intelligence; general application systems for artificial intelligence; technical consulting services for public service platforms of artificial intelligence; service consumption robot manufacturing; and the research and development of intelligent robots. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Henggong Precision's wholly-owned subsidiary Henggong Weichuang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliated company Zhiyuan Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
