The yellow rain warning signal has been upgraded to an orange warning signal due to the possibility of heavy rainfall causing urban flooding, traffic congestion, and other situations, so please take extra precautions against extreme heavy rainfall. In addition, orange wind warning signals have been issued for Jinshan, Qingpu, Songjiang, and Pudong.
