Ukraine claims Russia attacked the Odesa region, causing power outages in some areas.

On August 9 local time, the Odessa Power Company announced that following a Russian attack on the Odessa region in the early hours, there were power outages in the area, with some regions experiencing interrupted electricity supply. Repair work is currently underway, and efforts to restore power are ongoing. There has been no response from the Russian side regarding this matter.
