Jinglin Asset significantly reduced its holdings in popular technology stocks in the second quarter.
On August 7 local time, the well-known billion-dollar private equity firm Jinglin Asset disclosed its latest U.S. stock holdings as of the end of the second quarter of 2026. In the second quarter, Jinglin Asset completely liquidated its positions in popular tech stocks such as Nvidia and META, and significantly reduced its holdings in Intel, NetEase, and Google. The market value of Jinglin Asset's U.S. stock holdings at the end of the second quarter dropped sharply from $3.88 billion to $2.19 billion, a decline of 43%. While drastically reducing several existing positions, Jinglin Asset also made investments in certain companies within the semiconductor supply chain, including the U.S. optical module manufacturer AAOI, which recently reported better-than-expected performance.
