The China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the change of the main shareholder and actual controller of Chang'an Fund.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved Wanlian Securities Co., Ltd. to become the major shareholder of Chang'an Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Financial Holding Group Co., Ltd. to become the actual controller of Chang'an Fund. There are no objections to Wanlian Securities Co., Ltd. lawfully acquiring a capital contribution of 172 million RMB from Chang'an Fund.
