Hesheng Silicon Industry: Some Shares Pledged by Concerted Actions of Controlling Shareholders Are Unpledged

Hesheng Silicon Industry announced that it recently received a notification regarding the release of pledge on shares from its controlling shareholder's concerted parties, Luo Yi and Luo Yedong. On August 7, Luo Yi released the pledge on 5.6 million shares, accounting for 2.91% of his holdings; on August 3, Luo Yedong released the pledge on 4.2 million shares, accounting for 2.34% of his holdings. After this release of pledge, Luo Yi has a total of 104 million shares pledged, accounting for 54.18% of his holdings; Luo Yedong has a total of 87.62 million shares pledged, accounting for 48.84% of his holdings. Hesheng Group and its concerted parties collectively hold 68.19% of the company's total share capital directly. After this release of pledge, the total pledged shares account for 49.52% of their holdings, which constitutes 33.77% of the company's total share capital.
