Zhitong Finance APP news, New Century Group (00234) announced that on August 7, 2026, the company's indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, EasyWithdraw Finance (as the lender), entered into a new loan agreement with the following clients (Y. K. Audio Limited, Chen Yingguang, Chen Dehui, as the borrowers). According to the new loan agreement, EasyWithdraw Finance has agreed to grant these clients a mortgage loan of HKD 23.2 million for a term of 12 months.
