Jiangsu Leili: Expected net profit in the first half of 2026 to decrease by 38%-48% year-on-year.
Jiangsu Rayleigh announced that it expects the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2026 to be between 96.8583 million yuan and 115 million yuan, a decrease of 38% to 48% compared to the same period last year, which was 186 million yuan. The net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 73.9267 million yuan and 91.5283 million yuan, representing a decline of 48% to 58% compared to the same period last year. The change in performance is attributed to factors such as the significant appreciation of the against the US dollar leading to increased exchange losses, high prices of raw materials such as copper, aluminum, and rare earths resulting in a decline in gross profit margin, as well as high expenditures on new business research and development and the ramp-up of production capacity in the automotive parts business.
