Zhito Finance APP News, Beimo High-tech (002985.SZ) announced that on August 6, 2026, it received a letter from the Listing Review Center of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") regarding the review of the application for a private placement of shares by Beijing Beimo High-tech Friction Materials Co., Ltd. The SZSE's issuance and listing review agency has reviewed the company's application documents for the private placement of shares and believes that the company meets the requirements for issuance, listing conditions, and information disclosure. The SZSE will subsequently report to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") to carry out the relevant registration procedures as required.
